- No unmarried or unrelated couples are permitted.
- Valid government ID proof is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
- Local ID holders may be subject to additional verification or may not be allowed entry.

- This is a completely alcohol-free property.
- Consumption, possession, or storage of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

- Children below 5 years stay free of charge.

- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night’s tariff.
